Sun Rise Sun Set

As winter passes, summer approaches with higher temperature and more sunshine. According to this website, Metro Vancouver is receiving approximately 3.5 more minutes of sunlight every day for the next little while.

I bookmarked the website to know the time of the sunrise and sunset to incorporate them into my dates. =D

Vancouver International Auto Show

Recently been to the International Auto Show at BC place Stadium. I have never been to the show before and boy was I missing out.

The show ran from March 31st to April 6th 2008.

When I was got there, I was looking for parking to avoid walking too far from the entrance. So I parked my car to find myself at a $20 dollar parking spot. So I decided to drive around to other parking locations but to my surprise, everywhere free or meter parking was either parked or $20 for parking. So I had to park a bit further to save myself some money for the entrance fee. Entrance fee for adults are $12 bucks and parking is $20 for most places…kind of strange how parking is more expensive than the ticket.

Nonetheless, it was quite a show. All major North American car companies were there: Nissan, Ford, Toyota, Mazda, Benz and etc. Along with them, they bought all their top end cars. So you can then imagine the entire stadium to be filled with shiny cars.
